1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Next Step Tours platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and elite members who access our services.

2. Booking & Payments

All bookings made through our platform are subject to availability. For our "Book Now, Pay Later" elite credit system:

• A minimum non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking.
• Full payment must be cleared at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
• Failure to complete payments may result in automatic cancellation without refund of the initial deposit.

3. Visa Services

Next Step Tours acts as an intermediary between the applicant and the respective embassies. While we ensure 2026-standard documentation precision:

• The final decision regarding visa issuance rests solely with the embassy or consulate.
• Service fees are non-refundable regardless of the visa outcome.
• Processing times provided are estimates and subject to embassy workload.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by package and airline. Generally, cancellations made within 30 days of departure are subject to a 50% penalty. No-shows on the day of travel are non-refundable.

5. Limitation of Liability

Next Step Tours is not liable for any delays, accidents, or losses caused by third-party providers (airlines, hotels, local transport) or unforeseen global events (Force Majeure).
